We hold seminars where people from all over the world can collect various information about Japan when they come to Japan. The venue will be Tokyo and Osaka.

Service fee
Individuals, USD 500 (it will cost 50% of basic fee for each additional person)
Corporations, USD 800 (no additional charge up to 2 people)
(it will cost 30 % of basic fee for each additional person.)

Seminar content
All conversations are in English only. (Japanese and English only)
The basic seminar is 3 hours.
Participants can ask questions during the seminar and get various information from the instructors.

Optional Extras
The meeting time can be extended up to 8 hours.
(Each additional hour costs 25% of the basic fee.)
It is also possible for us to go to hotels and designated locations.

Payment
If you are satisfied with our service by consultation and e-mail exchange, please pay a deposit in advance. Once we receive your deposit, we will accept the request as a formal reservation. The remaining balance and fee for optional extras will be paid on the day.
Payment on the day should be made in cash.
* Payment is basically made by US dollars, but payment by JPY is also accepted.
* Only cash will be accepted on the day, so if you wish to use a credit card, please pay in advance.
The deposit is at a flat rate of USD 300.
Due to the nature of the service, you cannot cancel or change the schedule for your own convenience. In that case, we cannot refund the deposit.
